Gingerbread Houses

Every year at Layne's moms house we build gingerbread houses, this year we had three babies who wanted to help too, well not really but Cael wanted to eat the candy!


So each couple gets to build a house and I decided that next year I want my own house because Layne and I didn't build ours too well (our roof caved in) and we both blamed each other. I can't imagine really building a house together - we would be in a mess!


I thought for sure that Cael would love the frosting but he really wasn't really into it, he would rather each cheerios!


Cael has two cousins, Brylee & Hunter that are the same age as him and he loves to play with them! Here are some pictures of the three of them together, the other two can crawl so they leave Cael in the dust but they're pretty good at coming back to play with him. Cael loves playing at Grandma Jeri's house - thanks Grandma & Grandpa for tending Cael while we went to Las Vegas, he loved it!

Duck Hunting

I just used Layne's hunting camera and I found these pictures on it - my husband is so good looking! I had to put these on here, this is what Layne loves more than anything - well after Cael & I - he loves to duck hunt with his dog CASH.

Family Night

For the last two weeks Cael's cousin Shelby has come over on Monday night to play with Cael - they play preschool, and she reads to him and he loves every minute of it. So tonight Lisa, Morgan & Shelby came over and had dinner and played with Cael -I think I love it more because I clean my house while Shelby entertains Cael, it's fantastic!! So tonight Cael thought he would help Aunt Lisa out on her laptop - he is the happiest little boy, he made me laugh all day to day, everytime I looked at him he would laugh and smile at me - how do you not love that??

Rubber Ducky

When Cael was learning how to sit up I bought him this rubber duck to bath in - he loves it! He just sits in there and splashes around and laughs and laughs! Some say he looks like a little buddha baby naked but I think he's so cute!

Cael's New Toy

A couple of weeks ago Cael's Aunt Susan gave him this toy and he seriously loves it. It is the cutest thing ever - he puts his feet up on the top where his hands are suppose to go and the phone has a string and he gets the phone with his toes so he doesn't have to bend down to get it - the little bugger is so smart, THANKS AUNT SUSAN!


I have to show you another picture of Cael - he was rolling around this morning and I took this picture - he has the biggest lips! I'm afraid when he's a teenager he's going to be a good kisser, I guess he'll take after his dad!

Family Pictures

We had our family pictures taken a while ago and I'm finally getting around to putting them on - they are so cute! I can't believe how much Cael has changed since the last time we did pictures. He seriously doesn't even look like the little baby we brought home from the hospital with a head full of black hair - now he is blonde and he is so wild!
